The Greenhills, Ohio Police Department
is conducting an examination for POLICE OFFICER at 9:00 AM on Saturday, September 21, 2013 at the American Legion Hall, Post 530 at 11100 Winton Road, Greenhills Ohio 45218 (immediately North of the Greenhills Municipal Bldg.) Upon completion of the written examination, applicants will be directed to the physical fitness testing location. This testing will involve a run and physical agility tests – dress appropriately!

Applicants must:
 Be at least 21 years of age;
 Hold a valid OPOTA peace officer certification;
 Have a valid driver’s license;
 Have a high school or GED equivalent;
 Be a US citizen

Applicants will be testing for both part-time and full-time positions:
Full time officer salaries range from a minimum of $40,862.01 ($19.64 per hour) to $50,600.16 ($24.32) per hour, plus full benefits;
Part time officer salaries are set at the rate of three-quarters of the pay scale of full time officers.
There is a $25 fee required at the time of application to cover testing costs. Applications are available by clicking here or at the Greenhills Municipal Building and must be received along with the application fee no later than 4 PM on Monday, September 16, 2013.
Full-time Greenhills Police Officers work a four day on-duty, three day off-duty schedule of ten hour work days, with a generous package of holidays, vacation days, and other time off.
